3. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Our products are made to order and personalized based on the information you provide at checkout. Because each item is custom-made, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (names, messages, spellings) are correct before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to decline orders that include content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. If we decline your order for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.
