Shipping policy
PRODUCTION TIME
Every Mock Awards trophy is custom 3D printed and personalized after you place your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, end of year) production times may extend slightly — we will communicate any delays by email.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (United States): 1–3 business days (where available)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, an order placed Monday with standard shipping may arrive the following Thursday to Monday.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at www.mockawards.com/pages/contact to discuss options.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Mock Awards is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at www.mockawards.com/pages/contact — we can make corrections before the order ships.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During major holiday periods, we strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance to account for both production time and carrier delays. We will post specific holiday cutoff dates on our website as the season approaches.
MISSING OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at www.mockawards.com/pages/contact and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
